Job Description

  • Answering telephone calls/taking messages in a foreign language
  • Organising meetings
  • Translating documents from English to foreign languages
  • Acting as an interpreter
  • Handling foreign correspondence
  • Typing/word processing,maintaining diaries/arranging appointments,filing,managing databases


  • Atleast 1 yr experience in Kuwait
  • Total years of experience: 3-6
  • Must be a graduate
  • Highly developed administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable and co-operative.
  • Excellent social communication skills
  • Initiative
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
