- Contacts new customers and completes customer call sheets referring to customer satisfaction, suggestion for improved service, customer referrals, reorder reminder calls and product information.
- Maintains a successful call rate ( actual CDR to customer contact ) of six calls per hour.
- Processes reorders in order entry system, including verification of key data on file to ensure accurate order taking.
- Ensures that uncovered customer needs and problems are properly communicated.
- Updates knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time, various marketing promotional services and similar data as required.
- Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
- Processes customer order/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
- Works closely with the technical support department to resolve disputed technical issues.
- Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.
