●Managing order fulfillment (online & offline) from purchase confirmation time to delivery to customers, inform suppliers of orders details to make it ready for pick up, manage drivers, create invoices, prepare order packages and make it ready
for drivers to pick up.
● Handling all Arabic/English customer inquiries through email, phone, whatsapp.
● Provide customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationships.
● Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
● Maintain competent understanding of company’s products, their functions and alternatives .
● Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
● Follow up with new vendors to send their product list, check the list to make sure all information is clear so we can start uploading. Asking vendors to send any missing information.
● Working with marketing team to choose a monthly product list (monthly calendar) to post and promote on social media channels depending on seasons.
● Visiting suppliers on a weekly basis to look for new products/ sale/ offers/ create a list and send those products to the back office to upload by the data entry team.
● Manage online store to make sure we are up to date with suppliers in terms of new products, managing out of stock products and getting alternatives .
● Issuing suppliers settlement payments at the end of each month, prepare those statements for the manager to review and issue payment cheques.
