Job Overview

 Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior management positions holding full P&L responsibility.

 Experience in the management of Aftermarket / Repair / Manufacturing businesses in Oil & gas sector, preferably in the Middle East.

 Familiar with ISO & API Accreditations and quality management Systems.

 Knowledge of Lean Manufacture, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma etc would be an advantage.

 Has sound financial acumen and experience in the developing of strategic business plans and budgeting process.

 Can demonstrate experience in improving business performance, reducing cost, increasing profitability & growth in market share etc.

 Has the ability to work under own initiative as well as working as part of the groups’ senior management team.

 Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, and able to read and write in English.
