01) Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
02) Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams 
03) Determine key supply chain KPIs
04) Suggest solutions for process improvements
05) Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
06) Train and evaluate others
07) Provide constructive feedback
08) Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors
09) Build and maintain good relationships with vendors
