Job Overview
Finance Manager | ||
Duties & Responsibilities | Performs a variety of financial reports ans analyses to determine the present and forecasted financial health of the company | |
Ensures that financial reports are prepared and delivered on time are accurate and complete | ||
Develops standard accounting procedures to improve financial operations efficiency | ||
Reviews annual budgets and recommends any changes if needed | ||
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company such as invoicing and cash flow and other transactions | ||
Contracting and dealing with outside services for auditing, banking, investnments and other financial needs as necessary | ||
Seeks out ways and methods to minimise financial risk to the company | ||
Prepares monthly and annual reports related to the budget, account and financial statement | ||
Advises on longterm business plans and investements | ||
Undertakes research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting th eperformance of the firm | ||
Controls income , cashflow and expedentures | ||
