Job Overview
  Finance Manager
Duties & Responsibilities Performs a variety of financial reports ans analyses to determine the present and forecasted financial health of the company
Ensures that financial reports are prepared and delivered on time are accurate and complete
Develops standard accounting procedures to improve financial operations efficiency
Reviews annual budgets and recommends any changes if needed
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company such as invoicing and cash flow and other transactions
Contracting and dealing with outside services for auditing, banking, investnments and other financial needs as necessary
Seeks out ways and methods to minimise financial risk to the company
Prepares monthly and annual reports related to the budget, account and financial statement
Advises on longterm business plans and investements
Undertakes research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting th eperformance of the firm
Controls income , cashflow and expedentures
Cost Control Experience
Reports to the Chairman
