Job Description

  • Managing and overseeing the gym budget
  • Enhancing profitability by organizing and delivering an appropriate range of fitness activities and programms.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
  • Promoting and marketing the business.
  • Dealing with enquiries , complaints and emergency.
  • Coordinating in the purchase of new equipment.
  • Creating promotional activities to increase gym membership and member satisfaction.
  • Managing all facets of the business to include sales,fitness and gym operations.
  • Delegate, monitor and evaluate the responsibilities of the sales team.
  • Reports to the Chairman.
