- Enhancing profitability by organizing and delivering an appropriate range of fitness activities and programms.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Promoting and marketing the business.
- Dealing with enquiries , complaints and emergency.
- Coordinating in the purchase of new equipment.
- Creating promotional activities to increase gym membership and member satisfaction.
- Managing all facets of the business to include sales,fitness and gym operations.
- Delegate, monitor and evaluate the responsibilities of the sales team.
- Reports to the Chairman.
