Mohammed Al Hajeri

Managing Director

Mohammed Mubarak Al Hajeri is an enterprising professional, with over two decades of extensive expertise in investment, finance, and board leadership. His leadership extends beyond SOS HR Solutions, as he actively assumes key roles on the boards of prominent organizations. Mohammed serves as the Chairman at Mena Touristic & Real Estate Investment Company, Sokouk Holding Company, and holds the position of Vice Chairman for Lamar Holding Company, Rubban Logistics Holding Company, and Al Adaa Holding Company while being an Executive Director in Investment Operations Dept. with Aref Investment Group.

At the core of Mohammed’s leadership philosophy is a steadfast commitment to excellence. Whether leading the helm at SOS HR Solutions or guiding the strategic direction of various holding companies, he consistently demonstrates a dedication to fostering growth, innovation, and financial success.

Jumana Vir

General Manager

Popularly known as the General Manager of SOS HR Solutions, Jumana is recognized as a Leader in the HR Industry with a distinguished career spanning over 15 years and counting. She has honed to develop a multifaceted skill set that includes expertise in both Operational HR functions and Strategic HR Management aligned with organizational objectives. Over her illustrious career span, she has worked with 400+ clients in the private sector, ranging from Multi-Nationals, to Management held businesses, to SMEs to Family-owned businesses in various industries such as Healthcare, Banking, Insurance, Real-estate, Investments, Management Consultancies, etc.

Jumana has also been a Founding Consultant with prestigious semi-government bodies, namely:
